We are specifically looking for product oriented, customer focused, sales-oriented individuals to play a significant role in the early expansion of our Account Executive team. You should be a self-starter who works well with little supervision. At the same time you need to be comfortable wearing multiple hats. We trust you to do the right things with little oversight.

You'll join a small team from companies like Atlassian, Intercom, and GitHub, and you'll have an immediate impact with our product and customers.

What you'll do:
* Own the relationship with the customer
* Educate, evangelize, and guide our customers through a successful adoption of LaunchDarkly
* Consistently hit revenue targets
* Develop new opportunities from our existing customers.
* Deliver customer feedback and work closely with the entire company
* Qualify and convert inbound leads
* Maintain up-to-date knowledge of our product and processes
* Engage in team development and mentoring

Who you are:
* 3+ years closing B2B sales experience that involve legal and security reviews
* Have a proven track record of hitting or exceeding quota
* Be an exceptional written and spoken communicator
* Be highly organized & autonomous
* Be comfortable and energized operating in a fast moving organization
* Entrepreneurial and self-motivated
* Enthusiastic about learning and growing at LaunchDarkly
* Intellectually curious and ambitious

You may know (bonus skills):
* Knowledge or experience in the developer tool space
* Experience selling to enterprises
