Landi Industries is an end to end rapid prototyping company. To put it briefly, the “one-stop shop for engineering”.

Our goal is to eliminate the engineering practices of yesteryear; whereas an inventor would work with multiple companies all doing different parts of a complex project. We saw how this leads to bloated budgets and subpar end results for projects.

Because of the industry we created a company of sharp, diversified individuals that can do every part of a project (i.e. design, PCB, FEA, firmware, apps, certification, production) while working in an Agile method to prevent projects from derailing during the process.

We hire people who are constantly challenging the current method of working and thrive by being in a constantly changing environment. It is very rare that an individual will work on the same type of project more than once.

*Sales Director*

The Sales Director will work closely with the president of the company to define selling strategy and the potential path for growth for the company as a whole
The individual will work on behalf of a range of industries including manufacturing, utilities and biomedical, providing technical knowledge to identify new business, negotiate contracts and review sales performance.

The role of Sales Director will involve translating and explaining highly technical information to customers and clients, focusing on revealing how a product or piece of equipment can solve specific problems.

We are looking for a candidate who will enable our growth by providing the ability to sell engineering consulting services to large manufacturing companies including defense and aerospace contractors beyond our current customers.

Ultimately, we are looking for someone who has a passion and hunger to learn
any project or skill or product that they come across in this position and translate that same desire to the clients we are selling to.

*Work activities*

Advising customers on how best to use the products or services provided.
Collaborating with the design, production, engineering, or research and development departments of the company to determine how products and services could be made or modified to suit the needs of the customer.

Selling and consulting on technologically and scientifically advanced products.
Using technical skills to demonstrate to potential customers the usefulness of the product or service and how it may suit the customer better than competing products.

Developing leads and closing prospects for contracts valued over $500,000

*Key Skills:*

- Independently oversee all aspects of the sales cycle
- Able to provide marketing and sales strategy and support
- Prepares and delivers technical presentations explaining Landi products and services to prospective customers and existing customers
- Screens potential business deals by analyzing market strategies, deal requirements, potential, and financials; evaluating options by helping to resolve internal priorities.
- Closes new business deals by coordinating requirements, developing and negotiating contracts, and integrating contract requirements with business operations.

-B.S. Engineering Degree Preferred or equivalent experience and skills in discussing technical topics; basically anyone that is a technical expert experience (e.g. years of welding) in a specific field is desired with a strong hunger to continue learning.
-We are looking for someone with experience and product delivery not a fancy pedigree.

-Software development (i.e. native apps, javascript)
-Mechanical design and manufacturing process
-Mechanical analysis (i.e. FEA, CFD)

Pay commensurate with experience in addition to an equity share in the company
