+ Collaborate across functional areas and business divisions (Flour, Oil, and Detergent) internally and with external partners to generate and summarise regular and ad-hoc reporting / analysis for a broad spectrum of e-Commerce sales channels (e.g. Tmall Mart, JD, Flagship Stores, etc).
+ Act as the in-house expert to source data efficiently and to articulate and visualize statistical and quantitative outputs in a clear, meaningful, and unbiased manner.
+ Draw actionable insights from benchmarking competitive landscapes, products, and consumer trends for team to optimize product-channel. strategies and seize upon new opportunities to drive business growth
+ Support the evaluations of marketing campaign outcomes with quantitative metrics and identify key performance drivers for future campaigns.
+ Conduct comprehensive distributor analysis (e.g. understand the change in volume and product-channel mix over time) to ensure optimal resource allocation.
+ Track customer base and loyalty on all four Group-owned online Flagship Stores; collaborate with Sales and Marketing team to develop CRM program.
+ Keep abreast of latest trends in Big Data applications and new datasets available from relevant platforms; proactively review the adequacy of existing tools in providing the optimum level of details for decision-making.
+ Assist in maintaining e-Commerce division’s in-house database; participate in developing data gathering and reporting requirements and standards.
