Web UI Designer

At La Haus, our goal is to overhaul the entire home search and purchase process by having the best inventory and providing top quality service. We launched in 2017 and have had excellent traction since then. We are backed by top Real Estate Tech investors in the United States and Latam.

We are building an elite design team that can translate our complex business needs into intuitive, easy-to-use visual solutions through UI elements.

Required Qualifications
- At least 4 years of experience working with UI Web elements for a digital product.
- Experience with some of the following tools: Sketch, Figma, Invision or Adobe XD.
- Experience with UI Components.
- High attention to detail with UI elements, flows and design solutions, colors, and UI consistency between views.

Additional Qualifications
- Experience with Design System or atomic design
- Knowledge of basic technology elements like HTML5, CSS3
- Knowledge or experience with micro interactions

Responsibilities

-Analyze and verify element consistency on the website, discarding elements that do not contribute to the user's experience.
-Make innovative proposals that improve the user experience.
-Create inventive solutions that align with the business goals.
-Create, edit and maintain consistency within the component system.
-Collaborate with the UX and dev teams on the visual solutions.
