Kwa:zi is looking for young, energetic and slightly eccentric minds to be part of their growing team and tackle challenges that leave most clueless. You aren’t just a degree of education or a portfolio of work to us, you are a creative creature that breathes design. All we want to see is that you can use design to communicate, impact and establish aesthetic.

We do have technical requirements though

What you would be doing

1. Building brands through visual design for identity and other collateral.
2. Indulging in design research projects as part of Kwa:zi’s practices.
3. Using communication design to effectively create brand ecosystems.
4. Design-thinking, innovation and other jargon-y stuff that cannot be explained just yet.

Things to Note

1. We prefer 2-4 years of experience in core graphic designing
2. Exhibiting confidence when using the Adobe Creative suite
3. We expect a strong portfolio of work along with clarity in thought, design knowledge and application.
