What we are searching for:

You have dedicated 3+ years of direct hands-on experience with
native/android development.
Strong experience using Android Libraries and tooling.
Experience with continuous integration tools such as Gitlab, Team City,
3+ years of experience working on large scale Android applications
Firm understanding of the entire mobile development process (design, development, testing, and releases)
Business-minded approach to time, costs, and deadlines
Solid understanding of best practices, techniques regarding scalability, performance, and security
Understanding of Android design principles and interface guidelines
