Head of Sales$120k – $200k
Prior Experience in Enterprise Software is required
The Head of Sales role is an outstanding opportunity to join and help lead a vibrant, disruptive technology company operating a cloud-based platform for multilingual web conferences, online meetings, live events, etc. powered by remote simultaneous interpreting (RSI). In this role, you will be joining on the ground floor of a business already seeing exponential growth and will be supported by some of the best people in the industry.
- Deliver on our annual bookings and revenue plan
- Build the Go-to-Market (GTM) organization for rapid growth, inclusive of sales, sales operations, and pre-sales.
- Lead and manage this GTM team
- Take charge of our pipeline and customers, and accelerate our movement towards enterprise-level partnerships with our customers
- Collaborate very closely with marketing, client success, product/engineering, and the other major areas in the business in order to meet our customers’ needs
- Contribute as part of our senior leadership team, representing the GTM team
- This is a great opportunity for a player-coach who has mastered GTM strategy and tactics for enterprise SaaS, wants to build a great team from the ground up, and deliver on rapid growth with an innovative technology and offering
- Bachelor’s degree required; MBA preferred
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in enterprise SaaS sales, including as a first-line sales manager
- Experience building and managing a worldwide team and/or working outside of North America
- Startup experience, having brought a new company and/or product into the market
- Verifiable track-record of sales success
