The Role

Kryptonum Sp. z o.o. is a start-up company based in Warsaw, Poland, that focuses on new websites design, web development & commercial improvement of existing web design.

We are looking for a person to boost our sales in the Europe, UK, USA and expand to other countries. Remote work is totally fine.

We are searching for a talented individual with an entrepreneurial mindset to manage marketing and grow sales. The position involves working very closely with the founders of the company. Position is offered on a part-time basis. This work is 100% remote and asynchronous. Salary is provision based for every project you get. We are open to provide you with additional bonuses in the future.

If you feel like coming to Warsaw, we'll be happy to go for some food, training (fitness enthusiasts over here) or coffee. We will also ask you from time to time for a joint business trip if you like. It is a permanent job without fixed working hours. We are looking for a person who will be actively involved in our mission and contribute to the development of Kryptonum. We are a small startup and we are open to close co-development of ourselves and as a result - Kryptonum too.

YOUR TASKS

  • sales of websites and web applications
  • communication with potential clients over phone, email, text, and in person. You must be able to speak fluently and write in English
  • market research,
  • acquiring website and application requirements from the client,
  • conduct cold calls, prospecting, and online demonstrations,
  • arranging meetings with Clients (100% remote - Whereby / Zoom / Skype / Whatsapp etc.),
  • generate business through inbound/outbound lead activity,
  • creating reports (as concise as you wish - we don’t want to be formal and become a boring and gray corporation)
  • improving the sales process (figuring out improvements, together brainstorming and getting better and better after every project realised),
  • foreign market research (based on your location, experience and strengths),
  • development of the sales department in Kryptonum,
  • contribution to the development of Kryptonum.

WAY TO WORK
Being our main sales contact allows you to work independently in your region in the comfortable environment of your own home.

  • Working as a seller is mainly contact with the customer and building relationships. If you don't like to do it for hours, don't read on.
  • It's a job that requires commitment. If you are not enthusiastic and do not want to contribute to the development of Kryptonum, stop reading :). We also require a loose, friendly approach both in the team and in relation to clients. We are developing Kryptonum because it is fun. If you want to join a positive team, welcome! :)
  • We need a person who goes beyond the schemes, combines, tests and informs us about the effects of his/her experiments. Even if they are miserable - that's ok! Together we will discuss what went wrong and in the future we will not make this mistake again. We treat mistakes as a learning opportunity. If you like to grow, you'll have a lot of room for development. We focus on making everyone in our team an educated professional - if you want to study in your field (and not only), we will definitely help you finance a lot of courses/workshops/conferences/books and everything what helps everyone from Kryptonum to get better in their craft.
  • We communicate only via E-mail, Whatsapp, Nozbe and telephone (last only in emergency situations).
  • When we start, we see each other (via video conference) from time to time (approximately once per 2 weeks), then we reduce this frequency. It is not mandatory. If these meetings provide value, we will enjoy continuing them.
  • We have one phone or e-mail weekly summarizing our tasks (at the beginning Michael, who leads the team)
  • You invent a process and document everything. We need to know what sales look like at every stage. You should be able to answer the question what has been done and what the results are.

  • Communicative: you're a born talker but know how important it is to listen to your prospects and customers
  • A good understanding of how to sell services
  • The ability to search for and visit potential clients

COMPENSATION:
You get to build and maintain your own portfolio of accounts, which means a recurring stream of commission. This is a 100% commission based position. No base salary. Travel/meeting expenses are not covered but the conditions will be revisited as the role progresses. Possibility to work part-time.
