We are looking for someone who is

A. Dynamic Sales cum Relationship Manager Consultants

B. The candidate/s should have good knowledge of asset products like Business Loans, Loan against property and mortgage loans.

C. Prior experience in a lending team is preferable, but not mandatory.

D. Has a commitment to overachievement - you have a "never quit" attitude and get buy-in to overachieve against targets regardless of adversities being faced

Your Roles & Responsibilities

  1. Acquiring Loan accounts(B2B sales) and Generating revenue through sales of various Banking products.
  2. Assess local market and identify current and prospective opportunities.
  3. Relationship Management with the Customers , Channels and Franchise for business development.
  4. Maintains and expands customer base by counselling district sales representatives; building and maintaining rapport with key customers; identifying new customer opportunities.
  5. Recommends product lines by identifying new product opportunities, and/or product, packaging, and service changes; surveying consumer needs and trends; tracking competitors.
  6. Meets regional sales financial objectives by forecasting requirements; preparing an annual budget; scheduling expenditures; analyzing variances; initiating corrective actions.
  7. Establishes sales objectives by creating a sales plan and quota for districts in support of national objectives.
  8. Last but not least - Accomplishes regional sales human resource objectives by recruiting, selecting, orienting, training, assigning, scheduling, coaching, counselling, and disciplining employees in assigned districts; communicating job expectations; planning, monitoring, appraising, and reviewing job contributions; planning and reviewing compensation actions; enforcing policies and procedures.
