Associate Finance Manager - FP&A and Corporate Accounting

Reporting to the Controller, as Associate Finance Manager for KOHO, you will play a key role in the coordination of the company’s annual audit, corporate tax filing, oversee bookkeeping, maintaining AR/AP. You’ll also occasionally work directly with your 3rd party (investors/parent company) counterparts. You will also play a key role in the coordination of company financial planning, financing, modeling and budget management. You’ll also work directly on larger strategic deals, providing accurate and meaningful financial information that will influence business decisions for the company. Your role would be to support the VP of Finance, Controller and on an ad hoc basis, other departments by achieving rapid and profitable growth.

Requirements:

Assist in the finance and accounting department, including Billing, AP/AR, General Ledger, month-end close and financial reporting (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow)
Manage all accounting and finance administration, budgeting and operations analysis
Maintain a documented system of accounting policies and procedures (bookkeeping)
Ensure that all financial systems, controls and policies are in compliance with all governmental agencies and tax requirements (SR&ED)
Manage and prepare monthly and annual financial statements
Assist in the forecasting for the business from a 5yr to 10yr basis for internal management purposes, investors, board reporting
Manage the P&L and outlook for different line items and key departments
Structure & Ensure effective partner relationships (i.e. terms and conditions) and calculate P&L and future outlook
3-5 years of financial management experience
Curious to learn the financial model and business
Understand the key drivers, costs and address any anomalies
3-5 years of Corporate Accounting and FP&A
CPA preferred
MBA, CFA a plus
