We’re looking for a resident troublemaker. Someone who can work with our CTO and take lead on our product, challenge the status quo, make technical recommendations and bring a measured, constructive and quantitative approach to execution. Work to help expand our current dev team, take ownership and be comfortable collaborating across departments.

Don’t worry if you’ve never worked with the traditional banking technologies, part of what we’re aiming to do is look at this problem with fresh eyes. We’re open to a range of actual years of experience. Mostly we’re looking for someone that has enough experience to be able to act as the lead dev, weigh in on technical direction and provide support/direction to our dev and design team. There is a lot of opportunity to make an impact on our product and we want someone who shares our passion and vision.

Believe in agile development principles & life cycle. Learn from the customer.
Understand how to plan and measure before sprinting.
Experience evaluating and selecting the right technology solution for the business problem.
Experience working with 3rd party API integrations and all the challenges that come with.

Must haves:

- Experience with scaling up devops, infrastructure, integration and data platforms and teams.
- Experience with a variety of web based full stack languages and having an opinion
on what works well where. We’re currently using Go, Python, and Typescript/Angular.
- Experience working in, growing, and getting the best out of your team.
- Can get hands-on with systems and code, as well as be strategic.
- 10 years of experience or more with a mix of enterprise and startup environments.

Nice To Haves:

- Exposure to the financial technology ecosystem.
- Card switching experience (ISO8583)
- Payments integration experience
