About the Role:

We are looking for an ambitious Senior Partnerships Lead to contribute to our growth. You are part media whiz and part creative mastermind. You have phenomenal communication and copywriting skills, some bold and scalable ideas for events and activations, and you're familiar with building great influencer strategies.

You're equally comfortable with big picture strategy as you are with signing up users on the spot. You're ready to look for the best companies in the world to partner with, with ideas on how to amplify and extend the relationship.

Experience in PR and project management are important qualities. Your enthusiasm and growth mindset will help you gain the trust of colleagues and external parties alike.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build and execute on network acquisition strategies. Scale existing partnerships to extend KOHO’s reach into new communities.
• Create, manage, and monitor market campaigns and solutions to acquire new users to KOHO.
• Build partnerships with other companies and brands to extend KOHO's awareness and reach.
• Organize initiatives and plan events that can be measured and scaled.
• Model and forecast the ROI of each event, understanding the projected cost of acquisition and fixed costs.
• Scale an influencer strategy to help drive growth.
• Develop effective PR communication strategies.
• Draft content (e.g. press releases) for mass media and website.
• Liaise with media and handle requests for interviews, statements etc.
• Build partnerships, and foster relationships with advocates and key persons.

Desired Skills & Experience:

• Excellent communication (oral and written) and presentation skills.
• Experience conceptualizing, organizing, and hosting events.
• Solid understanding of project management principles.
• Outstanding organizational and planning abilities.
• Experience in planning and executing go to market campaigns and product launches.
• Experience in video content strategy is a value add.
• Experience in copywriting and editing.

Must be available to work in-house in Toronto (located in Liberty Village).
