This role involves defining and implementing the sales, BD & marketing strategies for the company.
• Develop the Go-to-market plan and relevant collateral
- Identify channel partners and work with them to onboard customers • Set up referral incentives
- Reach out to potential customers, pitch the product and onboard them • Work closely with customers to get initial feedback and consolidate it for internal review and product planning • Develop & execute on social media and digital marketing plans for various stages of the company. • Develop relevant metrics to track marketing ROI • Co-create growth targets

Skills and Experience
• 3+ years of experience in growth/ sales/ marketing/ product
• Experience of working in a startup
• Strong sales & marketing skills
• A relentless drive and collaborative spirit
• Strong customer empathy, work ethic and time management
