• You will join as an early member of the KodaDot family - growing chain-agnostic experimental NFT explorer
• Own the playbook for onboarding new creators and collectors, and drive success for existing creators and collectors by identifying growth opportunities
• Continually iterate on the onboarding playbook to guide community members
• Curriculum and timeline for creator & collector education
• Success metrics and milestones for health and growth
• Serve as an internal advocate for the needs of the category

Required Background

• 1-2 years of experience building an online community (bonus points for shitposting receipts)
• Experience in the crypto art or digital art space
• Bonus points if you are digital creator
• Feel well in unpredictable environment and works autonomously with minimal direction
• Has knowledge managing digital platforms like Discord, Twitter, Reddit, Telegram, etc
• Strong professional presence and ability to connect with external leaders, decision-makers and collaborators at all levels of an organization
• Project management experience, with the ability to lead and handle multiple time-sensitive, cross-functional projects on deadline
• Strong ability to receive feedback and pivot priorities as the theam's needs evolve
• Creative, analytical and strategic thinker

• Self-starter mindset with a bias towards action
• Bachelor's degree in English, bussines and marketing majors preferred
