As an I.O. Psychologist, you will have an opportunity to be a grassroot team member at Knockri. Our mission is to create the next generation of psychometric assessments that are scientifically valid and fair, whilst delivering an engaging and efficient user experience. With our strong focus on scientific research and validity of assessments, Knockri is often invited by other I.O. Psychologists to speak – most recently at SIOP, where you will also be expected to contribute, as well as lead research publications and collaborate with academics. In order to continue our partnerships and service a global client base, you will be working collaboratively with the Knockri team to help communicate products effectively to candidates and clients.

Successful candidates will come with experience in psychometric assessments and data science. You will need a creative mind and a passion for innovation and creating assessments that will diminish adverse impact. You will also help develop assessments and communicate their validity in clear and understandable reports to different stakeholders.

A Masters or PhD in I.O. Psychology and background in Psychometric Assessments and/or Data Science is required.

What you’ll do:

· Help create innovative psychometric assessments
· Join our team in innovating and developing new approaches to assessments
· Plan and conduct validation studies
· Work with our engineers and teams to develop and implement new assessments
· Write customer facing white papers, reports and tech manuals to describe our assessments with a high level of technical detail
· Help present assessments and results of the validation studies to customer stakeholders
· Get involved in academic research and publications with our collaborators, and present at relevant industry conferences (such as SIOP)
· Drive effective teamwork, communication, collaboration and commitment across multiple groups with competing priorities (customers, tech team, and account representatives)

· Masters in I.O. Psychology
· Background in Psychometric Assessments and/or Data Science is required.
· 3-5 years of experience in selection assessment development
· Published work (academic publications, blog posts etc)
· Understanding of law compliance associated with psychometric assessments
· Ability and willingness to meet with clients and have customer facing engagements
· Experience in statistics and programming (SPSS, R, Python, etc.)


· PhD in I.O. Psychology
