About us
Consumers are taking more pictures than ever, but printing from your smartphone is still a hassle! Klikkie is a monthly photo print subscription that lets you print quality photos in a single tap. Our goal is to share beautiful moments with the people that you care about in a fun and easy way. Over the last few months, magazines like Elle, Linda, Marie Claire, Colourful Rebel and Glamour published great articles about our service. The team is founded by ex-Google people and experienced digital entrepreneurs.

Customer Experience Manager
As a Customer Experience Manager you are part of a fast growing team. Therefore we are looking for a high performer that wants to grow the business together. You’re responsible for all communications towards customers and prospects. Being the first point of contact for our subscribers, you’re job is to feed the Product and Marketing teams with the right amount of information. This enables us to grow faster and drive customer satisfaction. The customer experience manager is the business owner for multiple engagement KPI’s in the organization. We are looking for somebody who owns the customer support business and takes it to the next level.

  • You are responsible to manage the customer engagement business KPI’s
  • You are the first point of contact for customer support, as well as the accompanying documentation;
  • You come up with new ideas for the Marketing and the Technical teams to further develop our service
  • Manage projects and be a team member in others;
  • You are involved in the preparation, processing and adaptations of all product characteristics of our range;
  • You manage the content on the website, product and communications;
  • You work closely with all other klikkie departments and provide support where needed;
  • Roll out our engagement platform internationally.

What we ask

  • Bachelor (Business School) or Academic level;
  • A minimum of 2 years experience in this field;
  • A creative all-rounder who can create original content;
  • A hands-on mentality, no BS;
  • Excellent command of the Dutch and English language orally and in writing. - Speaking and writing the German language is definitely a benefit!
  • You have gained work experience in a marketing or e-commerce driven environment;
  • You have analytical insight using Google Analytics and reviewing business metrics;
  • You are interested in technical product details;
  • You are a strong team player;
  • You think in solutions, not in problems;
  • You are able to set priorities at high work pressure;
  • Fluent speaking and writing in Dutch and English is a must;
  • You can express yourself both orally and in writing well in the English language (knowledge of the German language is definitely an advantage).
