We are providers of Airbnb Cleaning, Turnover and Co-Hosting Services in Atlanta and Nashville. We use our background in the vacation rental industry to help hosts manage their turnovers and provide the best hospitality experience for their guests. KLEENERLY takes care of all short-term rental turnover needs like cleaning, re-stocking, inspection and damage report, laundry service, welcome gift and key exchange, guest concierge services, etc. so our clients can sit back, relax and watch the 5-star reviews come in.

- About the position -

Are you interested in the sharing economy and the vacation rental industry? We are on a mission to help short-term rental operators provide the cleanest and most beautiful places to make their guests feel like they are staying in a high-end hotel. Are you passionate about hospitality? Does creating wonderful travel experiences fill you with joy? We offer a starting hourly salary of $12/hr.

You'll be working as an independent contractor and help us with different tasks (see below) as needed. On an average day this could be 3 hours and on busy days which is usually the weekend or Mondays it could be between 5 and 7 hours a day, depending on our bookings. You will be relatively flexible in choosing your hours. However, most demand will be between 2pm and 7pm.

- Main Duties/ Tasks -

- Host & Guest Service
- Check-in/check-out guests
- Inspect properties
- Quality checks (light cleaning or "touch-ups" if necessary)
- Warehouse management (inventory, bag and linen prep, dropping off bags)
- Supply/ Linen delivery
- Key/ Fob pick-up, delivery and drop-off
- Communicating problems immediately, giving feedback on housekeeper performances, reporting of quality checks
- Direct reporting to Operations Coordinator and/ or COO

- Qualifications -

- Experience in the hospitality industry/ vacation rental industry is a plus, but not necessary (training provided)
- Knowledge of basic computer skills, Excel, Word, and E-mail required
- Need to own a smartphone
- Excellent communication skills
- Must have high attention to detail
- Must have an eye and a feel for hospitality
- Positive attitude, happy and motivated
- Need to have a flexible schedule and be able to work on weekends
- Must have ability to move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing less than or equal to 25 pounds without assistance
- Perform other reasonable job duties as requested by Supervisors
- Must pass criminal background check and have a clean driving record
- Must be able to pass a drug test
- Must have reliable personal transportation
