KITE is seeking a new person to join our sales team. The ideal candidate is an ambitious, detailed-oriented, team player that will be able to hit the ground running and contribute to our expanding sales effort. This position will work closely with our sales director to nurture leads, execute sales strategies and move leads through the sales pipeline.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Work closely with the Sales Team to support and execute their strategies
- Schedule demos for sales team with qualified leads
- Remain knowledgeable and up-to-date on product, industry changes, and competitive landscape
- Manage, track and input all activity in CRM
- Ensure lower funnel leads are effectively moved through the sales process
- Research Global 2000 organizations to identify key potential buyers and outreach to generate initial interest
- Build relationships with cold leads, continuously build the pipeline
Required Skills and Experience:
- Minimum of 1-2 year of experience in high-volume enterprise sales preferred but not required
- Hunter mentality interested in aggressively seeking out new business to grow revenues
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
- Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment
- Strong email and database skills
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills
- Desire to grow in role and in pursuing a career in sales
- Knowledge of CRM and marketing suites is a plus
