Digital Marketing Manager
We are looking for a Digital Marketing Manager who will be responsible for efficiently acquiring new users and helping grow Kinsa’s direct, retail, and Amazon sales. S/he will craft strategy and execute on tactics to drive sales, increase website traffic, and build brand awareness. This is an impact position. In time, the business should look better with you on board with a clear case of before and after. We’re still early, so we don’t have big budgets, but we’ll invest in what works. You’ll need to be scrappy, creative and excited about experimenting. This is a big responsibility and we are here to support you, cheer you on, and make it happen.

Our real-time map of illness has been featured in the New York Times, on Rachel Maddow, CNBC, FOX News, The Economist, The Daily Show with Trevor Noah etc. Turn on the TV, open the paper… We are making headlines bringing our Data to the fight. We’ve done this by successfully transforming the first device you grab when sickness strikes - the thermometer - into a sensor to detect when and where illness is rising, and communicate with those who have just fallen ill. What you’ll do:● Envision and execute the strategy across multiple existing and new channels, including: o Amazon Ads o Criteo Sponsored Products o SEM (Google Ads/ Microsoft Ads) o SEO o Paid Social (FB, IG, Pinterest, YouTube) o Display o Affiliate● Define KPIs and regularly report on channel and campaign performance and overall marketing effectiveness● Analyze data to monitor campaign performance and uncover areas for improvement.● Collaborate cross-functionally to continuously develop, test and improve campaign creative, copy, audience targeting, and landing pages● Monitor, analyze and optimize user experience to improve conversions via direct channel (Shopify), Amazon, and retail .coms● Develop and manage a budget
You have:● 5+ years of relevant experience in a marketing role at a fast-growing startup● Strong eCommerce and Amazon Advertising console experience is a must● Expertise executing campaigns across Amazon Ads, Criteo Sponsored Products, paid search (Google Ads/ Microsoft Ads), paid social (FB, Instagram, YouTube), display, affiliate, and identifying and testing new channels● Deep understanding of the technical aspects of paid social, SEM and SEO, content optimization, and analytics● Experience in technical and content SEO● Experience in campaign performance optimization and creative testing● Website UX optimization and Shopify experience
