You are an energetic self-starter, committed to helping customers achieve their goals. You have a passion for working with stakeholders at all levels of an organization and enjoy managing complex, long-term projects to successful completion. You will be responsible for end-to-end deployments of Kinetic’s products and services for the industrial workforce. The key to our success is making sure that managers can easily deploy our devices and that workers wear them correctly and consistently.


RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Design, launch, and manage deployments of Kinetic’s technology in a variety of industrial client environments
- Help customers realize the benefits of our system by guiding them in device deployment, worker engagement techniques, and continued review against success criteria
- Present to groups of managers and industrial workers to train them on Kinetic’s technology and workplace safety
- As a trusted advisor, provide consultation, training, support, ongoing feedback, and reporting against goals for the life of your deployments
- Help us design the best deployment processes to ensure ease of product delivery and use
- Serve as the voice of the customer as we continue to enhance the product for maximum engagement


QUALIFICATIONS:

- 3+ years experience in a customer success, deployment, or technical account management role
- Experience in exercise physiology, kinesiology, ergonomics, or industrial safety is preferred
- Extremely organized and adept at juggling multiple work streams and projects
- Exceptional communicator across all modes, able to both clarify and persuade
- Demonstrated innovative problem solving skills and remarkable ability to get things done in a fast-paced environment
- Able to engender trust and build outstanding relationships with a variety of audiences at all levels of an organization
- Comfortably balance customer needs and business objectives
- Personal or professional experience with team dynamics a plus
- Ability to travel (up to 50% of the time)
