Keyhole is a leader in helping organizations measure their impact on social media, and we're growing fast! We’re looking for an Account Executive to join our team.

ROLE:

At Keyhole, interacting with our Sales and Success team is the first and most-important touchpoint for our customers. This person is the face & voice of the company and sets the standard for how our clients perceive our company. You are responsible for creating a positive end-to-end experience for clients, this includes speaking with our high-quality inbound leads, demo-ing, onboarding users, providing ongoing support, and be a Keyhole expert so that you can continue to educate our users.

The customers you’ll engage with are marketers, advertising agencies and social media managers focused on finding insight from their social media efforts. You are the first to hear from our awesome clients about their campaigns and research projects and you get to help make them happen with Keyhole.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Engage with potential customers by responding to queries and conducting product demos
* Qualify leads and understand their needs to establish fit
* Tailor demos based on the leads use case and needs
* Help prospects get the most out of Keyhole by choosing better fitting plans
* Monitor individual performance and sales metrics and be able to report on them weekly
* Assist in the management of the Sales inbox and jump on calls with users
* Generate feedback from customers to continuously strengthen the product

MUST-HAVES:
* You have a way with words and the ability to sell and build lasting relationships with people
* Ability to understand and explain technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences
* A 'get shit done' attitude
* Self starter with proven initiative - Have an idea? Don’t wait for others, get started!
* You take ownership over your work and your customers know that you’re accountable
* You’re empathetic and know how to think like the customer; you believe that your customer’s success is your success
* Have at least one good joke prepared at all times (dad-jokes welcome)

NICE-TO-HAVES:
* 1+ years of sales experience and/or customer success
* Great understanding of social media platforms and experience with social tools
* Detailed understanding of customer engagement metrics and proven track record of driving results
* You have a talent for solving sticky situations, creating consensus and turning customers into raving fans
* Ping-pong or foosball skills
