Job Overview:
We are looking for a customer acquisition leader to join our small-but-mighty crew, growing sales and crafting business development strategies to help our company gain new customers. You will directly impact Keepe’s success as we continue providing extraordinary tools and service to our customers.

Keepe is reshaping the rental property marketplace. We develop technology and services that connect residential Property Managers with licensed contractors and handy-people for quality repairs with same-day service. With Keepe, Property Managers have the resources they need to continue to expand their business. We believe in balancing a strong work ethic with a compassionate eye for our customer's needs, while occasionally slipping out of the office early for a team happy hour.

What You’ll Do:
Using your savvy and creativity, you will create and execute our existing customer acquisition strategies and find ways to improve them, making micro (and macro!) changes to the way we reach our customers. You will identify new channels, do outreach to customers, craft email campaigns, engage with prospective customers over the phone, and meet them face-to-face as needed to earn their trust and win them over.

You will manage a team of SDRs, AE's, marketers and be responsible for sales quota and sales acceleration.
You will develop strategies and approaches to reach prospective customers and guide them through the sales pipeline. This includes channel identification, lead generation, drip campaigns, prospecting, cold calling, product presentation, and closing contracts.
You will provide transparent reporting on progress, sales funnel and other work items.
You will carry out a comprehensive engagement and communications strategy that actively maintains high customer happiness.
Over time, you will be responsible for additional team members, leading them and managing their performance.

Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field and 5-8 years relevant work experience.
Previous experience managing a team of salespeople and carrying quotas
A real passion for business development strategy and Account Sales
The ability to maintain high customer engagement
Leading biz dev/sales/customer acquisition/growth at Startups or nascent businesses
Experience selling to Property Managers is a plus
Previous experience selling at startups is big plus
