Our solution allows coaches and players to analyze film instantly, leagues to create highlights and review replays; global media companies can now efficiently capture any sport in the world in real-time

Working currently with organizations in 10 countries, Keemotion is bringing unprecedented, immediate, global access to professional-quality live sports coverage.

The Position:

SPMs are highly effective communicators and able to correspond with senior level decision-makers at the highest level of professional sports as well as media companies. We are passionate about finding unique solutions to help our Sports Partners make the leap into the world of automated video production and efficient live-stream broadcasts.

Your day is centered on developing wider and deeper relationships with existing clients, identifying additional value streams for both existing clients and Keemotion, and managing an active sales pipeline of concurrent conversations with these existing customers.

Your success will be determined greatly by your ability to develop long-term sustainable relationships with our both our customers and your internal colleagues to maintain and develop existing clients into the future.

Key Accountabilities (focusing on active deliverables):

- Act as the face of Keemotion both to clients and other external stakeholders
‘client problem solver’; think creatively ‘add value’ to Keemotion AND existing clients

- Managing the entire lifecycle and client experience from contract signing to renewal

- Channel client insights to all areas of our business

- Building and maintaining relationships with clients and uncovering organization structure and key client personnel

- Conducting business reviews to ensure clients satisfaction

- Discovering and actioning opportunity for further sales within key clients

- Telling clients about other company products; Product Adoption and Explanation

- Attending meetings with clients to build relationships with existing clients
Achieving client relationship targets and KPI’s

- Escalating and resolving areas of concern as raised by clients

- Monitoring company performance and flagging potential issues

- Planning and delivering CRM strategies across the organisation with a view to retaining existing clients, increasing brand loyalty and expanding the company brand

- Building client advocates and generate referrals

- Pre-season planning (including content collection)

- Go-live - Project Management and Overall Project Plan

- League Demos, Club training and Usage Reporting

Work Context:

Mobile/home-based within South America. We are a global company so flexible working hours will be required from time to time in order with our global teams where/when required. Regular travel throughout South America is expected.
