Job Description:

If you're passionate about transforming the way an entire sector works, then this position is for you. This position will play a central role in Keela’s growth. The Head of Digital Marketing is responsible for driving Keela’s digital strategy; at its core this includes SEO, growth hacking, lead generation through new and creative strategies, Google analytics management and reporting, testing and optimizing current campaigns and the development of new campaigns using data driven decisions. In addition we would love it if you were experienced in the world of lead list generation and analysis, strategies for SEO that meet the ever changing and most up to date requirements, a clear understanding of how to develop and maintain evergreen content, keyword research and implementation of keywords for maximum impact. You should thrive on testing, learning and optimizing. You are experienced at defining and reporting KPI’s, campaign efficiency and outcomes. You can calculate ROI on every initiative and understand how to make changes to measure the effect and optimize results.

While that may seem like a tall order, you will join three others in our marketing team who can support you in these initiatives and help execute. Overall this is an exciting opportunity for you to own digital marketing, work with intelligent and capable teammates and generate the results you know you are capable of. This role is ideal for someone with at least a few years experience doing all of the above, who is ready to take the reigns and prove what they can achieve in a leadership role.

Responsibilities:

- Developing the digital marketing plan’s objectives & strategies to drive efficient, qualified leads for our sales team.
- Gathering and using metrics, analytics and data to drive decision making.
- Developing campaigns that drive growth, as measured by leads and conversion rates.
- Managing and using Hubspot’s powerful tools to lead your initiatives and measure progress.
- Developing scalable ways to use data and metrics to drive growth.

Qualifications:

- Bias for taking ownership and a relentless problem solver.
- Exceptional time management and communication skills.
- Must be comfortable working in a fast paced and dynamic environment.
- Must be experienced using Hubspot (Proficient to Expert level)
- Must be experienced using Google Analytics (Proficient to Expert level)
- Bonus if you can edit and manage website updates and design but not a requirement.

Minimum 5-7+ years of related experience:
- Proven record of digital campaign implementation and management experience.
- Thorough understanding of inbound marketing and all the elements involved.
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills - ability to use data to develop and measure 
marketing programs.
- High level understanding of multiple digital media channels (online display, paid search, SEO, SEM, social media, emerging technologies etc)

Compensation
Salary $52,000 - $85,000 per year including bonuses (depending on experience), plus benefits. This is a full-time, in-house role, based in our Vancouver office.
