Job Description
We are looking for energetic, articulate and motivated professional Sales Account Managers who have experience in telephone sales and can confidently communicate the benefits of our software solutions and services. The Account Managers will have a hand in research, collaboration, time management, pipeline development/management, constant communication, renewals and reaching out to existing customers. You must be tenacious, positive, relentless, energetic and capable to influence!

The Ideal Candidate Will
-Establish a trusted advisor relationship through account management, consultative selling to achieve and expand customer goals resulting in upsells, cross-sells, and consistent renewals.
-Meet or exceed activity metrics for outbound calls, appointments set, opportunities added and achieve sales goals.
-Design and implement sales plans to provide additional client solutions with the abilities and skills to close new revenue opportunities through a consultative selling style approach.
-Master and deliver our company value proposition and differentiation points
-Be responsible for hitting or exceeding weekly, monthly, and quarterly revenue/metrics targets
-Be responsible for driving product adoption and program managing escalations, thereby ensuring retention and long-term satisfaction.

-Excellent ability to establish rapport and connection with new leads to close transactions, follow up with existing leads in the pipeline, and maintain relationships with established accounts. Inside Sales/outside experience is preferred.
-BS/BA or equivalent preferred
-Salesforce or other CRM knowledge a plus
