Job Description

In this position, you will establish. You will be responsible for driving product adoption and program managing escalations, thereby ensuring retention and long-term satisfaction. Be responsible for hitting or exceeding weekly, monthly, and quarterly revenue/metrics targets.

We are looking for energetic, articulate and motivated professional Sales Account Managers | Sales Executives who have experience in telephone sales and can confidently communicate the benefits of our products, services and solutions. The Account Managers/Sales Executives will have a hand in research, collaboration, time management, pipeline development/management, constant communication, renewals and reaching out to existing customers. You must be tenacious, positive, relentless, energetic and capable to influence.



You will:

-Master and deliver our company value proposition and differentiation points
-Meet or exceed activity metrics for outbound calls, appointments set, opportunities added and achieve sales goals.
-Design and implement sales plans to provide additional client solutions with the abilities and skills to close new revenue opportunities through a consultative selling style approach.
-Establish a trusted advisor relationship through account management, consultative selling to achieve and expand customer goals resulting in upsells, cross-sells, and consistent renewals.
-Be responsible for hitting or exceeding weekly, monthly, and quarterly revenue/metrics targets

-Excellent verbal and written communication skills and college degree or relevant experience

-Passion to win and be paid for it

-Excellent ability to establish rapport and connection with new leads to close transactions, follow up with existing leads in the pipeline, and maintain relationships with established accounts. Inside Sales/outside experience is preferred.
-BS/BA of equivalent
-Salesforce or other CRM knowledge a plus
