The Karma Kitchens team is focussed on a single mission. To build functional commercial kitchens at scale, and provide the critical resources required for passionate food businesses to quickly grow. Our first site in East London has shown that we’re building a strong community. We’re putting our years of commercial food service experience to work and through the implementation of strong partnerships, functional design, and operational insights.

With two further sites launching in the next six months, we will have 22,500 sq ft of kitchen space in operation by March and another 2 kitchens launching by the end of the year. Within the next five years we’re looking to have 50 sites in major cities across Europe.

We aim to be the primary workspace provider to the £98bn UK F&B industry.

You'll be developing and executing a sales strategy across all of our flexible commercial kitchen spaces, with the best new and existing food businesses in London. In addition to that, you will be thinking big.

We're expanding across the UK and into Europe in the next few years and we're looking for someone who can think creatively about commercial partnerships and growth, while simultaneously executing on the core sales strategy on a site by site basis.

Our sales team data driven with a deep understanding of London's food and drink scene. You're role will be dynamic, actively engaging with food businesses on their own terms and bringing them into the Karma Kitchen fold.

We're looking for sustainable, exciting businesses who get what Karma Kitchens is all about and want to work in our spaces. That kind of research and outreach is a great challenge for someone highly motivated.

Your job:
- Business development. You're responsible for making sure the kitchen is full. outreach, pipeline management, all sales strategy.

- Plan and create the sales strategy. Working within our OKR framework, your role will be building the teams key results and setting monthly targets, that challenge each team member, while keeping each team member aligned to the overarching company vision.

- Financial planning, we need you to be margin driven. 85% of units kept occupied across three shifts a day. You'll need to be well organised and familiar with sheets/ excel.

- Designing, coordinating and executing commercial partnerships, negotiating long term deals with large corporates.

- Actively promoting the brand, listening to what potential client's want and iterating and developing sales strategy.
