Kaiyan Medical is seeking a part-time Assistant to the CEO to join our team. It must be from USA(because the main business is there). The role will entail project management and various administrative duties, and will be conducted remotely. The Assistant will support the CD in the execution of a usability test project, as well as other support tasks as-needed.
Responsibilities include:
Setting up calls and meetings
Maintaining schedule/calendar
Drafting outreach emails and language
Constant communication with the Creative Director
Facilitate communication and correspondence with product testing prospects
Delivering product and coordinating usability test process
All potential candidates must have:
Bachelor’s degree
2-3 years of relevant experience supporting Executive-level staff
Strong problem-solving skills
Ability to balance high-priority, long-term projects with short-term, immediate deadlines
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Ability to work independently and with a team in a fastpaced environment
Attention to detail, ability to multitask and prioritize, and strong organizational skills
Knowledgeable about principles and practices of organization, planning, and records management
Confidence and skill handling clients in person and on the phone
Proficiency with Google Drive (Calendar, Docs, Sheets, Slides, etc)
High level of confidentiality and professionalism
This role requires 15-20 hours per week, paid on an hourly basis.
