We have an exciting opening for a Partner Marketing Associate to join our Partner Marketing team and help us scale our partner marketing programs and enablement efforts across our global partner network. This position reports to the Partner Marketing Manager. The ideal candidate will collaborate with our partner management and sales teams to develop and execute joint marketing programs that help drive revenue and promote our partner ecosystem.

To be successful in this role, you have a passion for marketing technology with proven experience captivating new customers with high-impact programs and materials. You'll work closely with many teams internally to get the right message out to the market through sales enablement and marketing resources. You will play a critical role in ensuring that Justuno sales and partners can articulate our unique value proposition and our joint value proposition with partners.


Assisting the partner team to grow partnerships through various co-marketing activities, such as events, blog posts, webinars, social media, case studies, videos, contests, and others.
Develop channel-specific content and messaging deliverables. Work with Marketing team colleagues to integrate "to-partner" messaging and promote the value of Justuno partners to customers.
Work directly with agency and technology partners to build and execute joint marketing plans to acquire new customers, retain and grow existing customers and deliver growth in revenue across the Shopify, Shopify Plus, BigCommerce and Magento markets.
Measure revenue impact from co-marketing campaigns, leveraging the process you helped create, identifying successes and failures of all campaigns deployed.
Continuously improve our understanding of an ideal co-marketing partner using data and revenue reporting.
Discover ways to increase impact and output of content through the reuse and repackaging of existing assets and resources, and by making data-driven decisions.
Collaborate with our Product Marketing team to drive awareness and adoption of joint solutions with our partners and assist with marketing efforts involved in launching new partners.
Manage and continuously improve the partner bill of materials (pitch decks, newsletters, email, blogs, social media, web presence, partner events, podcasts and webinars, etc.).
Write blog posts and guest blog posts as needed.
Work closely with the other members of the Partner team and key cross-functional teams including Partner Management, Partner Sales, and Product to develop reporting processes that effectively measure and improve our Partner strategy.
Implement, and manage scalable, repeatable processes for Partner co-marketing measurement and new initiatives that ensure that all relevant data points are captured.
Assist in managing content and calendars for our partner portal and bring ideas to increase engagement.
Ensure the timely execution of channel programs and drive the adoption of Justuno channel co-marketing assets.
Show our partners how to communicate the value of our technology with the creation of sales presentations, whitepapers, webinars, competitive briefs, marketing collateral, sales scripts, videos and more.
Monitor partners on social media and research partners to discover new co-marketing opportunities.


Bachelor's degree
3-5 years of experience building partnerships and marketing strategies focused on tech-ecosystem.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Exceptional communication skills including: written and interpersonal.
Ability to meet multiple concurrent deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
High level of initiative and follow-through.
Ability to be creative, have fresh ideas, and bring a unique perspective

Outstanding interpersonal skills with a knack for building relationships and influencing cross-functional partners, business stakeholders and executives.

Ideal Candidate:

You pay attention to timelines and can collaborate with multiple internal and external departments to ensure a smooth release.
B2B and B2C ecommerce marketing experience.
You have a sense of urgency and are capable of thoughtful yet rapid adaptation in response to changes in internal and external conditions. You're able to seamlessly balance strategic initiatives and "Keeping the Lights On" activities.
You know how to remain focused and collected in a fast-paced, high pressure, dynamic environment.
Goal-oriented and tenacious. You're self-motivated and structured in how you tackle and bring projects to a close. You enjoy the challenge of figuring out creative solutions to problems.
Able to deal with ambiguity. You can be flexible and agile to adjust plans and strategy and apply new learning.
Comfortable producing blog posts when needed.
Previous project management experience is a plus.
