As Customer Success Associate, you will play a key role in helping us retain our customers and expand our existing accounts. As a customer-centric company, you will play a key role in the growth story of our company.


Role & responsibilities:
- Help new customers with on boarding and account setup
- Give product demos and training to new customers
- Proactively connect with customers to make sure they are not facing any
problems with their accounts
- Monitor usage and help engineering team with improving the product
- Spread awareness about our premium features among our existing
customers
- Play vital role in account expansion and retention Skills:
- Brilliant communication skills
- Strong hold on English language (written and verbal)
- Strong analytical skills
