We believe everyone can benefit from talking to someone, and mental health should be as integral to wellbeing as physical health. Our mission is to make in-person therapy more accessible and effective, so that people live happier and more resilient lives. We’re building the Gym for your Soul.

reflect started by making finding the right therapist easier via a unique data-driven matching process. 90% of those who use reflect find someone they like. Since our pilot in 2016, we’ve quickly grown to be the largest platform of self-pay therapists in the SF Bay Area.

HIGH-LEVEL ROLE
Reporting to the CEO and serving as an integral member of the team, the Head of Product & Operations will be responsible for crafting and delivering the best experience for clients and therapists. This includes overseeing reflect’s day-to-day operations and developing and implementing more sophisticated platforms, tools, processes, and playbooks necessary to scale in the SF Bay Area and beyond.

SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES
- Envision and execute a unique end-to-end experience for clients and leverage product, content, and process to overcome the critical barriers to care
- Work with CEO to define product vision and roadmap using technology and data to support this experience
- Define requirements to drive product roadmap and work closely with engineering
- Create the process infrastructure to scale the business in the Bay Area and help manage the operational complexity as we grow
- Oversee client onboarding process and work with engineers to improve matching algorithm over time
- Manage experience/support team to ensure client and therapist issues are resolved in a timely manner; use insights/data as feedback loop to improve experience
- Understand critical levers influencing the business and run weekly team meeting
- Understand supply/demand levers and set recruiting goals and strategy
- Outreach and build relationships with therapy graduate schools and professional organizations to efficiently scale supply
- Exemplify reflect mission and values
- Lead with charisma, a tenacious work ethic, a bias toward action, and a philosophy of empathy and empowerment (radical candor!)
- Operate in the chaos of a startup environment. We're growing fast, changing fast, and are always short of resources -- manage this ambiguity with excitement

Skills
- Hunger to achieve something great and change the world. Strong interest in mental health, digital health, and/or startups
- Experience as a leader at a high growth startup in a product/operations role or similar
- Self-motivated and able to proactively create structure within a fluid environment
- Attention to detail
- Ability to work cross-functionally to drive change in a fast-paced environment
- Strong interpersonal skills and desire to lead and inspire
- Ability to have fun even when things get tough (and they inevitably will!)
- Aptitude for data analysis and performance/operation metrics
- Background in consulting, finance, and/or MBA preferred
