Homeroom is a marketplace for after school activities. We make it easy for parents to discover and book activities for their kids, and for class vendors to broaden their audience. Since releasing our product a year ago, we've achieved incredible traction and have millions flowing through our platform.

To accelerate our growth, we recently closed an unannounced round led by a top venture investor and are growing the team. - Work closely with other engineers to architect the system and build APIs.
- Think through the technical requirements of new features, scope the scale of work and effectively communicate both the technical and business impact.
- Conceptualize features and solutions through interacting with our product team, viewing user sessions, and parsing customer feedback.
- Constantly improve our team practices and effectiveness.

- A passion for delighting customers.
- Enjoy working in a fast paced environment! We talk in terms of days, not quarters.
- A predisposition to give structure to ambiguous problems.
- You are proactive. We value constant improvement.

- You’re a humble, compassionate and considerate individual who puts your team first.

**What you’ll get:**
