About the role
We are hiring a core team to build and scale enrich through the next phase of growth. We have a clear vision of enrich as a next generation community, your role is to run experiments / build the software to help us get there. Examples of what we're working on including everything from the creating the digital experience, buidling software to drive connections, algorithm for matching groups, and how bat signal wors.
You will work directly with the founder & CEO, Jordana Stein, as well as the rest of the core team and our advisors. You will influence not only the product, but the culture & direction of the company. You will be the first engineer on the ground - so if you love early stage this is the place for you! We are venture funded and ready to go : )

Our current tech stack includes node.js, serverless & AWS Lambda, and a number of no-code tools like Airtable. As we expand the product, we expect you to help take a leading role in creating and defining the future of our tech stack.
Ideal candidates will have the following attributes
- Strong full stack engineering skills, with 5-10 years experience.
- Interest in community and personal growth.
- Self-motivation: you work best with a high level of ownership and responsibility.
- Deep product sense: you want to build products that help make people more successful. You have insight into why some products succeed and others don’t.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- A track record of launching successful projects.
- Entrepreneurship or small startup experience.
- Drive to achieve business goals.
