We are seeking a Sales Development Representative to accelerate the growth of Jobble's marketplace. This role is critical to our broader strategy of disrupting how businesses connect with people looking to work short-term gigs. As an SDR, you play a huge part in our sales cycle as the first point of contact for prospects. Role Description:

As a Sales Development Representative you will lead the initial stages of outbound and inbound sales for Jobble. You will need a successful track record of being a team player, a driven leader, and one of a kind hustler.

Responsibilities include:
• Conduct high volume prospecting via in person, email, phone, and events
• Work closely and collaboratively with an the Sales Manager to develop and implement appropriate prospect strategies and plans
• Work internally with the sales and marketing to ensure qualified leads
• Schedule meetings and product demos for you and the sales manager

You must have:
• Previous selling experience (1-2 years)
• Unmatched hustle and keen to exceeding goals
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Coachable and willing to go the extra mile.
• High energy, entrepreneurial, outgoing, and a good sense of humor
• Not afraid to take risks and think outside the box
• Bachelors Degree
