Jarous is a social impact software as a service (SaaS) start-up that will transform how people make donations and engage with profit & nonprofit organizations in an ongoing, behavior changing manner.

We are seeking a highly driven and motivated inside sales and support representative to support initial business development efforts and initial customer pilot programs in the San Francisco area, as well as to drive a social media presence for the company.


An ideal candidate already has deep connections into the area’s nonprofit community, including social welfare, schools, churches, environment, etc. This is an opportunity to participate in the first phases of product launch for a new SaaS start-up that is looking to disrupt and significantly improve the method in which these nonprofits engage with their donors. The ideal candidate cares deeply about numerous profit & nonprofit programs, and would like to be involved in a start-up that can significantly change the manner in which the public engages and participates with these programs in a deeper and more meaningful manner.

Typical job duties include however are not limited to:
Cold calling potential nonprofit customers.
Organizing events for the business development team to generate interest.
Reaching out and scheduling engagements with community leaders
Responding to business inquiries quickly.
Developing presentation materials
Writing blog and other social media articles
Creating an online voice for the company
Supporting initial customer deployments, ensuring they have access to training materials, capturing feedback and funneling questions to the product development team.
Delivery of basic set-up, training and customer support.

Your Profile:
Focused, Self-driven.
Positive and professional demeanor.
Ability to multi-task and be detail-oriented.
Entrepreneur – excited to be getting involved very early in a start-up
Team player.
Great phone skills.
Cold calling experience a plus.
Undergraduate degree in marketing, communications or business.
Proficient in MS Word and MS Powerpoint.
