How You’ll Grow:
This role is a mixture of micro-consulting and relationship management combining content and people. Our MX team delivers content, diagnoses pain points, customizes our services to fit the needs of our members, takes the lead on renewals and the overall strategy for providing exceptional member service. We have a talent-first approach; as a result, we trust our team members immensely. All team members are given the room, trust, and resources necessary to sprint, learn, and grow. This autonomy leads to rapid personal growth. Within a few months, your public performance abilities, confidence, and real-time EQ will grow substantially.

Key Responsibilities

1. Member Service Customization
• Diagnose members’ key challenges and pain points in their recruitment goals
• Design custom service and delivery plans to serve individual members’ needs
• Consistently adjust service based on member preferences
• Assemble custom content and executive decks at members’ requests

2. Content Delivery
• Virtual presentations and service conversations
• In-person presentations, workshops with UR leaders and other executives
• Large-group (up to 250!) presentations
• Provide assistance with internal presentations

3. Relationship Stewardship
• Relationship expansion within the member organization
• Touch points to ensure overall satisfaction with their IRC membership
• Manage and encourage members through their renewal of membership service
• Provide members with the most up-to-date upgrades available for their membership with IRC Who You Are:

• Bachelor’s degree
• Natural ability and desire to create and foster relationships
• Proactive, solution-oriented approach to problem solving
• A growth mindset focused on continual learning and improvement
