IVY is looking to add a high-energy Talent Acquisition and People Partner to join IVY’s People & Culture team, this role will contribute to special projects relevant to sustaining and building our talent and culture across our organization.

The Talent Acquisition and People Partner will ideally have experience working in both established and rapidly growing companies; having structured or maintained recruitment and people processes for a variety of positions and types of organizations. This candidate will also have solid experience with all facets of the people operations day-to-day management, with a strong focus on talent acquisition. The successful candidate will also have a demonstrated ability to recognize and source skilled individuals from both the conventional, as well as the more innovative, pools of talent.

What You'll Do:

Talent Acquisition:
• Own and co-manage our Applicant Tracking System, Greenhouse, using metrics to improve overall process, increase the quality of hire, and elevate the recruitment practice
• Collaborate with share knowledge with our talent acquisition an people operations team
• Recruit for positions, leveraging social networking tools, external recruiting events, and conventional and more innovative sourcing techniques
• Manage full life-cycle recruiting process from creation of a job description, search and identification to offer negotiation and working with managers/leaders to close candidates
• Create and implement strategies, recruitment plans, and processes that support our initiatives to build an overall talent acquisition practice that attracts and retains top talent
• Collaborate with managers and functional leads to evaluate current and future recruiting needs, ensure staffing effectiveness.
• Educate and inspire hiring managers when it comes to: clarifying job specifications, using social networks to recruit, interviewing and assessing candidates, and ensuring a positive candidate experience

Talent Management:
• Help develop and deploy a robust new hire onboarding program to drive seamless new hire assimilation and orient our newest colleagues and equip them for success.
• Collaborate and work directly with the Head of People & Culture in the continual development of our performance management program across the company, including real-time feedback, goal setting, and competency development.
• Deploy and monitor employee engagement and culture- amplifying initiatives that focus on helping our employees better understand and navigate IVY.
• Own company-wide engagement- and culture-amplifying initiatives that focus on helping our employees to better understand and navigate IVY.
• Develop a strategy for formal career pathing, succession planning, and high potential programming
What We’re Looking For:
• Bachelor’s Degree with at least 5 years of talent management experience with some experience in a high growth, technical or start-up environment
• Experience creating innovative and scalable people and culture programs.
• Strong analytical skills, the ability to analyze data and create meaningful conclusions which will inform business decisions
• Intellectual curiosity, a strong growth-mindset, and the desire to constantly improve
