CEO$0k – $80k • 50.0% – 50.0%
This is for the CEO position at iVlog;
You can be anywhere in the world as you'll be building the team and headquartering the company where you are (or want).
You'll raise funding and execute your vision, or if you prefer, the current vision (http://iVlog.com/i/iVlog).
You get 50% equity ownership, a salary of your choice (once funded), and build and lead a team of your choosing.
iVlog is a company where the best ideas win.
If you share this vision, this opportunity is for you.
Transparency from start will ensure a more successful relationship. Thus, here are the main points:
This CEO position is a 50/50 partnership, and you’d be building and leading the company from this point.
The compensation is 50% equity ownership in iVlog, including all of it’s assets, and then equal compensation (salary, tokens, etc.) once funded (No salary to start).
iVlog is currently a digital creation and all it’s equity is available for future expansion.
Going forward, I will be the company’s Founder and Chairman, while you are it’s Chief Executive Officer (CEO).
The CEO will have control over every aspect of the company, including the team, products, salaries, etc.
As Chairman, I reserve the right for “veto power” over that.
I believe the best results are achieved not through micromanagement, but rather when people have the freedom to innovate toward a common goal.
As mentioned, the compensation is an equal 50/50 equity split to start, and then equal compensation and dilution in every way going forward.
The Vesting period is 5 years. The Cliff is 1 year or when a minimum of $500k is deposited in the company account.
The ideal person for this position is someone who can work independently and handle all aspects of building a company.
Relocation is not necessary as you will be building this where you are.
Having funding/team/infrastructure already in place is a plus, but not a requirement.
