We are looking for a Senior Web Designer to join our growing Mexico City team. We are looking for someone who is talented and wants to grow as our agency continues to grow. You will be working with clients based in the UK, USA, and LATAM. It is vital that you have strong evidence of website design skills.

Responsibilities

Website design mock-ups and independent completion of projects (with feedback from CEO and Head of Design)
Branding and Corporate Identity
Social Media design
Offline material such as flyers and brochures
Providing digital support for marketing campaigns
Working cross-functionally with other teams
Multi-tasking while designing components of various projects
Contributing to sales pitches with creative ideas, mock-ups and copy
Designing original pieces, including illustrations and infographics
Refining images, fonts and layouts using graphic design software
Applying typography techniques
Generating ideas to portray concepts and advertise products/services
Improving UX in digital products
Maintaining brand consistency throughout all ION marketing projects
Liaising with marketing and design teams to ensure deadlines are met
Staying up-to-date with industry developments and tools

Qualifications

Minimum of 10 years of graphic design experience
Bachelor's degree in design or related field or relevant work experience
Highly skilled in Adobe Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, and Adobe XD
Previous experience in an agency environment is highly preferable
At least 5 years experience in a client-facing designer role, including concept development and client contact
Proven track record in creating excellent brand, graphic and digital design work from concept to production: Portfolio will be requested should you pass screening stage
