Invisible Not Broken is the first network for the chronic illness and disability community. Invisible Not Broken, originally a podcast on its own, has recently blossomed into the Invisible Not Broken Podcast Network, which currently consists of 4 podcast shows. Through the variety of hosts, each podcast has its own individual flair and touches upon different subjects within the realm of health, chronic illness and disability.

Our mission is to spread hope, resources and support (often paired with laughs and tears) through vulnerable conversations to all who are touched by chronic illness and disability.

*--- THE ROLE --- *

We are looking for interns that want to make an impact while learning skills they can apply to any industry going forward in their careers.

Our internships are 100% custom-made according to your interests, strengths and unexplored areas/skills that you would like to develop.

This is a very HANDS-ON experience. You will learn something new every day, and your true education will be found through executing your desired projects.

**While we can craft internships for almost all areas of a podcast startup business, we are currently most interested in hiring interns who are open to focusing on one or a combination of the following types of projects:

• Video/Audio Editing
• Website management and Publishing
• Social Media Marketing Strategy; Content Generation (copy, graphics; scheduling )

*Hard Skills: *

(Not required but preferred)
Knowledge and experience with Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube and other social media platforms
Highly organized with critical attention to detail
Functional use of Microsoft Office Word, Excel, Google Drive
Experience with Canva (a plus)
Very strong oral and written communication skills (English)
Experience with tools like ProTools, iMovie, QuickTime, Descript
Previous experience in podcast marketing (a plus).

You must have a passion for podcasting and an understanding of the industry

Your hours and dates are flexible, and your internship can be tailored accordingly. We ask that in return you keep your word regarding your declaration of dedication at the start of the internship so that we can plan appropriately. There is always room to take on more.
