Key responsibilities

Strategize with Account Executive on which accounts to target within your territory

• Prospect, qualify & nurture Enterprise sales leads
• Develop personalized mail, LinkedIn & phone outreaches
• Evangelize & educate your network on Talent Management
  
• Participate & contribute to regular trainings & webinars
• Works towards a quarterly target
  

Skills we are looking for

• Bachelor’s degree
  
• A first B2B experience (preferably SaaS) is a strong plus!
• Strong written and verbal skills
  
• You love working in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment
• Exceptional time management skills
  
• Salesforce CRM knowledge is a plus
• True teamplayer attitude
