Product Manager
• Uncover and understand customer needs and translate them into requirements.
• Ability to work well with internal teams, including developers, engineers, architects, operations and clinical staff. Ensure requirements are fully understood and that implementation plans match expectations.
• Able to assess emerging products and companies to measure their potential value or threat to the company and its products, as well as make recommendations on which new technologies to invest in or leverage.
• Follow competitors and conduct capability analysis regularly.
• Provide internal and customer training on how to use the product.
• Answer incoming questions about the product and its capabilities.
• Serve as a product evangelist and subject matter expert to the technical/developer community.
• Coordinate beta tests.
• Use database queries to analyze performance indicators, evaluate experiments, etc.
• Define success criteria for testing and product acceptance.
• Facilitate the creation and maintenance of proper product documentation.

Skills and Requirements
• Proven work experience in product management or as an associate product manager
• Proven track record of managing all aspects of a successful product throughout its lifecycle
• Proven ability to develop product and marketing strategies and effectively communicate recommendations to executive management
• Solid technical background with understanding and/or hands-on experience in software development and web graph technologies
• Strong problem-solving skills, and willingness to roll up one’s sleeves to get the job done
• Skilled at working effectively with cross-functional teams in a matrix organization
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to effectively prioritize and organize
• MS/BS degree in Computer Science, Engineering or equivalent preferred

Nice-to-haves:
• Familiar with the use and configuration of one or more Agile and Scrum software development methodologies
• 3-5 years of experience managing and successfully delivering complex web and mobile products in an agency or consulting environment
• Familiar with common software and analytical tools (i..e, Trello, Google Analytics, MixPanel, etc.)
• Familiar with common wireframing, mind map, customer journey tools (i.e. Miro, LucidChart, Mockflow, etc.)
