With that exciting growth, we are looking for an experienced Senior Technical Product Manager to join our stellar global product team. This individual is focused on identifying problems, iterating on solutions and leading the team to deliver with the goal of creating additional value for users of the Integrate platform.  You will be part of a high-impact team that practices ownership and shows up every day with an entrepreneurial mindset. Integrate Demand Cloud is positioned to leverage engagement data across all marketing demand channels to help marketers optimize their B2B marketing investments. In this product role, you will be responsible for the vision, strategy, delivery and outcomes of all Integrate data solutions that support this endeavor.    As an Integrate Senior Technical Product Manager, you have a passionate interest and exceptional capabilities in the envisioning, discovery, design and development of engaging user experiences. You thrive in a work environment that requires excellent problem-solving skills and directional autonomy, coupled with exceptional team collaboration, facilitation and communication skills. You individually focus on applying both creative and analytical approaches to any product challenge, leveraging both your team’s input and most importantly that of the user. You must be comfortable working in a fast-paced and innovative development environment embedded in a development team. An extensive understanding of contemporary user-centered design patterns and methodologies is a must. We believe product ownership is a team sport, and we only want people dedicated to delivering product in constant collaboration with UX and Engineering. We believe a product manager can make or break a product. 

What You'll Do:

  • Be a mentor and leader for your product team  
  • Work with Customers directly to understand and empathize with their pain points 
  • Work closely with UX to right-fidelity prototype & design your product using build-measure-learn methodology
  • Work with Engineering to plan and build your product 
  • Work with QA to test and debug your product 
  • Work with Marketing to position your product 
  • Work with Sales to sell your product 
  • Work with Services and Content to support your product 
  • Work with Senior Leadership to align your product vision and strategy to company objectives 

What You Offer:

  • Passion for software products, technology, business and user experience 
  • Experience building data related products including those leveraging ML and/or AI
  • B.S. in Computer Science or a related technical discipline, or equivalent experience ideal but not required
  • 8+ years of software engineering, systems engineering or technical product/program management experience 
  • Experience delivering tech programs or products from inception to delivery 
  • Experience working in an agile and/or lean development environment 
  • Connoisseur of software products, both desktop and mobile 
  • A hustler mindset 
  • Leadership skills – ability to influence and inspire your team while steering your products in the best directions possible 
  • Strong ability to build a product vision and communicate that vision to your team, peers, and stakeholders 
  • Experience designing and writing objectives & key results (OKRs) 
  • An appreciation and passion for product design with subpixel attention to detail 
  • Critical feedback skills (giving/receiving) that help level up design work
