ROLE DESCRIPTION

• Effectively sell P&C personal insurance policies via phone, email, and chat.
• Analyze customers insurance needs based on their current insurance policies.
• Clearly explain insurance proposals to customers.
• Identify upsell opportunities via gaps in coverage.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Proven track record of success in a sales role.
• Consistently meets or exceeds sales goals.
• Fast-learner meticulous and diligent about tasks.
• Property and casualty insurance license.
• College degree.
