Job Purpose:

We are looking for an experienced Manager (Partnerships and Alliances) in the planning, execution and optimization of all the event, boarding and collaborations. The ideal candidate will have a passion for all things related to the role. You will be well-versed in the concepts surrounding the role the profile.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Community Engagement
You will be responsible for - planning & executing engagement activities at our workspaces; helping the users in business connect; facilitating community-generated content; organizing networking mixers & pop-ups.

• Community Building & Growth
You will - strategize, ideate and execute community building initiatives for different niche; manage & convert new partnerships for community benefits; organize high-quality events with industry veterans

• Strategic Partnerships
You will be responsible for tying up with startups, corporates, brands and various niche-focused groups to help us expand our reach and generate events, tie-up, and engagement of members.

• Other Roles
1. The work entails fostering strategic relationships with partners serving towards brand growth, events to keep the community vibrant and engaged.
2. This also comprises of - contract negotiations, steering business, tying up with various brands and outlets to make exclusive offers available to the community.
3. Responsible for developing the mentor hour program. This includes - member onboarding, mentor onboarding, driving the programme, etc.
4. Review reports and works closely with the team to cultivate and maintain relationship within the community while also developing strategies to increase the revenue for the company.

Qualifications & Skills Required:
• 1+ year of experience in a community, Event Management, or similar role
• A degree in communication, journalism, marketing etc. is preferred
• Extraordinary people skills; good writing and verbal communication skills
• A keen eye for detail and a creative problem-solving approach
• A creative ability to deliver according to the quick turnaround requirement and short timelines.
• Someone with a - here to help- attitude, who absolutely, fundamentally believes that we- re better together.
• Excellent management, PR, organization and time-management skills

The ideal candidate will execute process and function overall tie-ups and event of InstaOffice. They should be well-organized with great PR skills.
