Key Responsibilities

- Ideate and strike strategic partnerships that add value to our members
- Create a strong ethos of customer service throughout the team.
- Drive customer retention through great service and focused on customer engagement.
- Maximize customer satisfaction through regular customer engagement and the highest levels of center standards.
- Provide office support services such as managing basic operational and logistical services.
- Work with the sales team and provide the necessary support for improving the space and customer experience
- Create a positive, fun and comfortable office environment
- Organize social and professional events for the members
