Customer Success. It’s at the heart of what we do… and this is a big role with big responsibilities.
Reporting to the CEO, this newly created role will see you take operational ownership of our global community of Teachers, Enterprise Customers, Users, and Foreign Markets. Each one of these four success pillars is at a different growth phase, and so this role requires someone who can think strategically AND be simultaneously hands on.
Your relationship-first approach will see you connect our existing teams (Customer Service, Publishing and International Community Managers) and then design and build teams to support and grow our Teacher Marketplace and Enterprise communities.
In collaboration with the broader team (Product, Tech, Growth, Editorial) you will define what success looks like for all touch points within our communities (key metrics, feedback and continuous improvement).
This will feel like a start-up role in our growing team and we’re looking for someone with a strong background in operational leadership in online B2B / B2C and importantly a track record of building and achieving operational effectiveness and growth in a conscious and considered way.
