Job Description:

Preparing a system for launch, gathering all necessary supplies, and traveling on-site to deploy the system. Working with customers to obtain the necessary information needed, and training their employees on the system. Providing support for current customer systems. This is a full-time salaried position with plenty of room to grow within Innova Zones.

Essential Job Functions:

• On-site support for current customers. If a customer needs support, the number one goal is to be able to fix the issue ASAP remotely. If an issue is unable to be fixed remotely, on-site travel and support may be required. This includes new updates to processes/systems, troubleshooting issues, and preventative support.
• On-site visits to determine what fit our system has within a customer’s facility. This includes introduction/demo meeting with management, observation of current processes, and gathering data points and contacts necessary for launch.
• Preparing for new system launches. This includes: purchasing supplies/hardware/necessary equipment, configuring tablets to necessary profile, creating/building customer’s system through the online admin.
• On-site launching of the system in new facilities. This includes: organizing the storeroom to streamline processes and system, training HR to interact with the customer admin, and training IZ Champion to be proficient with the customer admin.

Qualifications and Skills:

Required: Must possess exceptional customer service skills, effective communication skills, and social and interpersonal skills. Must be experienced with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Must possess basic proficiency with technology. Must be able to excel in a fast-paced environment and meet time-sensitive deadlines.
Required: Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in experience and education.
Preferred: Customer-service oriented experience.
