Game Developer In a Mobile Startup

Are you a programmer who loves to game and wants to develop them in a team environment? If you are interested about mobile gaming, InkPad Studios would like to hear from you! We are a group of passionate programmers whose sole focus is to develop games that we love.

Responsibilities:

Programming in C# in a Unity 3D environment, experience with other languages is an asset
Produce multiple projects, delivering high quality and engaging game within allotted time frames
Manage the entire product's life cycle, from content creation through post-launch tuning
Programming selective game modules (artificial intelligence, sound library, display, etc.)
Collaborating closely with the game designer as well as the graphics and sound teams to determine game constraints
Generating ideas for better app functionality and better game-play
Working with third-party software such as Perforce, Trello and Slack
Experience with game industry-standard software tools, design documents and production processes/best practices (budgets, game concept and prototyping creation, project management, bug reports and defect tracking)

Qualifications

Successful applicants must have familiarity with C# programming
Previous experience with Unity 3D is required
Strong documentation skills and a consistent work ethic
Self-driven and comfortable working under little supervision
Comfortable working in a dynamic team environment
Attention to detail and dedicated to creating quality products
Able to work in a fast paced environment with tight deadlines
Passion for mobile gaming
Compensation: Successful candidates will be compensated through a profit share model.

Commitment: Minimum 20 hours / Week
