  • You dream of being an early contributor to a successful fast-growing tech startup.
  • You have a good level of verbal and written English.
  • You have strong NodeJS and ReactJS skills.
  • 3+ years with front- and back-end development.
  • You are experienced using Scrum and Test-Driven-Development (TDD) processes.
  • You’re great at what you do. This means you continuously stove to improve yourself! This includes improving your soft skills like communication skills, code quality. looking for best practices of great architecture design and writing understandable documentation.
  • You are accountable & reliable. This means you can establish reasonable estimations and meet deadlines
  • You’re a quick thinker, complex problem solver, and highly organized person.


  • You have *experience in web scraping of the platforms with advanced bot detection *(like Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.)and building Private APIs.
  • Although we are using MySQL it would be interesting for us if you are also familiar with NoSQL Databases like MongoDB
  • You have experience designing solid cloud infrastructure (with providers like AWS, Google Cloud, Proxies, Load Balancers.etc.)
  • Ideally, you have a Bachelor’s and even better Master’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
  • You are a regular meditator for over 1 year.
  • It is a plus if you speak at least one more language besides English. Ideally, you have lived abroad for over 6 months.

  3. Always improve - we don’t take easy paths, we take the right paths. Seek to prioritize the team's growth (long-term thinking) over personal comfort (short-term thinking).
    • Extreme example: You prefer to go through the hell of training and become Michael Jordan in your area of expertise, rather than ‘enjoy life’ sleeping and eating in the most expensive hotels.
  4. Open-mindedness and transparency - are invaluable for rapid learning and effective change.
    • Extreme example: If for some unlikely reason the success of the team would depend on you sharing the information about your illnesses- you would tell it.
  5. Contribution - Always add value. Give before you take.
    • Extreme example: If you have the opportunity to get $1M for yourself or to help 1M people getting $100 each, you will take the latest because it’s 100x better!
